Anti-scam policy

Every lady profile comes from a partner agency and is checked before it goes live: government ID, a live video check and a selfie match. Moderators review reports and suspicious patterns.

Payments happen only on this site, through a secure checkout. Credits pay for chat messages, letters, gifts and media. We never ask you to pay anyone outside the site — if someone asks you to send money, gift cards or crypto directly, do not send it and tell us.

To report a profile or a message, press Report (the flag icon) on her profile or in the chat, or write through Feedback in your account. Every report reaches our moderation team. Profiles that break the rules are removed, and credits spent on them can be refunded under the cancellation policy.

Replies on the ladies' side may be written by agency staff on the lady's behalf. We state this openly in our Terms.

Red flags to watch for anywhere online:

• Requests for money, gift cards or crypto — for travel, visas, medical bills or a sudden emergency.
• A video call that keeps getting postponed or refused.
• Pressure to move to WhatsApp, Telegram or email within the first days.
• Declarations of love within days, or a story that changes from one message to the next.
• Investment or crypto "opportunities" shared by someone you met on a dating site.
